The high shear emulsifying machine is a machine that can uniformly and completely refine the material. The origin of its name should be a machine that can promote the mixing of oily substances (oil phase) and aqueous substances (water phase) to form a uniform emulsion. And there are many machines for uniform refining, such as ball mills, sand (bead) mills, pulverizers, colloid mills, dispersers, high-pressure homogenizers, etc. These machines can be used for refining materials as well as refining and homogenizing capacities vary. The high-shear emulsifying machine has the functions of refining, dispersing and homogenizing. It is mainly used for liquid-liquid emulsification homogenization, liquid-solid (powder, small particles) fine dispersion.
The high shear emulsifying machine is used for the decomposition, dissolution, dispersion, shearing and emulsification processes in the petroleum, chemical, daily chemical, textile, food and other industrial sectors. The multi-functional characteristics and pure mixing principle greatly improve the mixing efficiency, and have a wide range of versatility and flexibility.
Features of high shear emulsifying machine
1. Usually installed in the kettle container, or installed in a mobile or fixed bracket; usually intermittent production, according to customer output requirements, design the processing capacity of each batch of emulsifier;
2. The bearing can be mechanically sealed, and the emulsifying kettle can realize reliable vacuum or positive pressure working conditions; the motor is connected with the drive shaft elastically, and the standard flange seat;
3. Emulsifying head can choose mesh, long hole, round hole emulsifying head, suitable for different material viscosity, stator/rotor can be easily disassembled and replaced. The claw structure is universal, and the combination of high-shear emulsifying machine and various agitators can be customized to meet various technical requirements; the length can be customized according to customer requirements.
