1 pump does not suck oil
If the suction line is blocked or leaking, check the suction line and unblock or block it.
If the oil suction of the oil suction device exceeds the allowable suction height, the suction height should be reduced.
If the motor does not turn, the steering of the motor should be replaced.
If the medium viscosity is too high, the medium is warmed and the viscosity decreases.
2 The pressure gauge pointer fluctuates.
When the suction pipe leaks, check the suction pipe.
If the safety valve is not adjusted or the working pressure is too large, adjust the safety valve or reduce the working pressure.
3 Flow Decrease
Suction pipe plugs or leaks, check the suction pipe, and unblock or plug leaks.
The thread and the internal wear of the sleeve are serious, and the parts should be replaced in time.
The motor speed is not enough, the motor needs to be repaired or replaced.
Safety valve spring is too loose, or the seat and seat contact is not tight, to adjust the spring, grinding valve and seat.

The discharge pipe is blocked and the pump is stopped to clean the pipe.
The internal parts of bolts and bearing bushes are seriously worn, and relevant parts shall be checked or replaced.

5 Large pump vibration
The water pump and the motor are not concentric and are aligned.
The clearance between the spiral and the bearing bush is inconsistent, and the concentricity or clearance shall be adjusted during maintenance.
The pump body is gas, check the suction pipe and eliminate the leakage point.
Too high installation height, resulting in cavitation inside the pump, reduce the installation height or reduce the speed.
6 Pump heating
Serious wear inside the pump body, check the screw and sleeve clearance.
The oil return hole of the machine seal is blocked, and the oil return hole is dredged.
The temperature of the oil is too high, reduce the temperature appropriately.
7 mechanical seal a lot of leakage.
Incorrect assembly position, please reinstall.
The seal gland is not flattened, adjust the seal gland.
Dynamic ring, static ring sealing surface contact wear, wear or replacement of new parts.
The dynamic ring and static ring seals are damaged and should be replaced.
