Low NPSH value
The NPSH value of the ZPC series pumps is low, allowing for normal operation even under unfavorable suction conditions. The materials being pumped can contain gases or solid particles, and can be either homogeneous or heterogeneous.
The ZPC series can be equipped with single seals, double seals, or flushed seals, and offers a variety of seal materials to ensure compatibility with different materials, temperatures, and working conditions, fully suitable for CIP and SIP systems.

Design
A full range of advanced centrifugal series is provided for different products and their applications.
All ZPC series pumps feature open impellers, strictly suitable for applications with the most stringent sanitary and sterile requirements. Specialized various stainless copper alloy materials and modular robust components with a minimum wall thickness of 6.1mm provide excellent guarantees for the pump's pressure resistance, shock resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and low noise operation.

Minimization of secondary vortices
The pump pressure channel, optimized according to fluid dynamics principles, ensures smooth, gentle, and seamless material pumping; it minimizes secondary vortices within the system to the lowest possible level, greatly reducing the thermal effects of material heating, thus ensuring high efficiency of pump operation.
