This widely used equipment is specifically designed for dissolving, emulsifying, and homogenizing dry and wet powders. It relies on a frame and pipes to connect the self-priming pump and the cutting pump. The powder is added to the hopper, drawn into the pipeline by the self-priming pump, and delivered to the cutting pump for thorough mixing with the liquid. The control panel reduces the workload of the staff and facilitates manual feeding.

With the installation of a control unit, the efficient mixing system can achieve automatic operation. By combining with packaging, conveyor belts, or other conveyors, automatic and semi-automatic feeding can be realized. The design of the rotor and stator system of the ZPS cutting pump can meet your needs to mix different products into a completely homogeneous product in any ratio. The instant cutting and homogenizing effect can effectively prevent product clumping or incomplete processing. Compared to traditional step-by-step processing, this most efficient mixing method uses specially designed impellers, rotors, and stator systems to draw in, cut, mix, and homogenize media containing different components at a linear speed of 38 m/s and a shear tolerance of 0.5 mm. Therefore, the ZPS cutting pump can complete the processing in a very short time and minimize the retention time of materials in the pump.
