Application Details
The design of the ZPS shear pump's stator and rotor can achieve instant shear homogenization of the product, effectively preventing product agglomeration or incomplete processing. Its working principle is based on the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed relative motion of the stator and rotor, which rapidly flings the material outward, while simultaneously creating intense grinding shear and cavitation effects between the inner surfaces of the shear teeth.
Due to the large flow rate of the stator-rotor system, with a shear speed of up to 125,000 1/s, it can improve production efficiency, shorten processing time, instantaneously and effectively mix multiphase products, reduce waste, and produce stable quality, fully mixed emulsions and completely homogenized end products.
The shear pump is also particularly suitable for handling working conditions with significant batch weight differences, enhancing your quality and yield. The forced supply of materials ensures that the shear pump provides you with the most stable product quality. According to our application examples, using the shear pump can increase the effectiveness of stabilizers and reduce raw material usage by more than 10%.
