Application Details
Reverse Osmosis:
Reverse osmosis is a highly efficient technology used for dewatering industrial fluids, concentrating/separating low molecular weight substances in solutions, or purifying wastewater. It can be used to concentrate all dissolved substances and suspended solids. The dialysis fluid contains a very low concentration of dissolved substances. Reverse osmosis is commonly used for seawater desalination. The pressure levels typically range from 28 bar to 70 bar. RO systems are often used before evaporators as a pre-concentration method to enhance the capacity of the evaporator, generally providing a more economical solution while consuming less energy.
