Features and application range of self-priming pumps:

Can transport mixtures of water and steam, such as CIP return, has self-priming capability, can draw low liquid levels to high liquid levels, suction capability varies by model. Application range: CIP system return, sampling (TZP), emulsification and homogenization, discharging pipeline residues, filling and unloading, emptying barrels, containers, tanks, boxes, filtering and filling and their feeding, extraction, emptying tanks, fermentation.

Push the impeller onto the pump shaft, place an O-ring on the impeller nut, and lock the impeller nut. Recommended torque: 100 Nm.

Set the axial gap, the axial gap is based on the table below.

Adjust the gap by moving the pump casing chuck. Large pumps adjust the gap by adjusting the gasket.
