Product Principle

The equipment is composed of devices for cutting, crushing, and grinding. First, large leaves are cut into small pieces of about 10-20mm, then the cutter performs high-speed cutting and crushing into 1-3mm, and finally, the ultrafine grinding machine refines it.

1. The main structure of the coarse slurry machine: It consists of dual shafts and several blade plates. Under the drive of the motor and reducer, the dual shaft cutting blades interlock to form a strong shear force, cutting and crushing large materials into particles generally around 10mm-20mm.

2. The main function of the crushing and grinding machine is designed with three devices for material suction mixing, cutting and crushing, and grinding within a pump body working chamber. Each device is cleverly arranged on a concave-convex plate surface, and they coordinate and fit precisely during high-speed operation. Each device's blade combination has different angles, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, the material gradually extends outward, becoming finer during the high-speed crushing and grinding process.
