The design of the stator and rotor of the ZPS shear pump allows for instant shear homogenization of the product, effectively preventing product clumping or incomplete processing. Its working principle is based on the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed relative motion of the stator and rotor, which rapidly flings the material outward while creating intense grinding shear and cavitation effects between the inner surfaces of the shear teeth.

Due to the large flow rate of the stator-rotor system, with a shear speed of up to 1250001/s, it can improve production efficiency, shorten processing time, and instantaneously and effectively mix multiphase products, reducing waste and producing stable quality, fully mixed emulsions and completely homogenized end products.
