Excellent mixing capacity
The Zisen pumps TSP shear pump allows full and effective mixing of multi-phase products instantaneously. It can produce quality-stable, well-mixed emulsions and completely homogeneous end products. TSP shear pump can prevent the material to produce agglomeration and agglutination, can ensure the stability of the output material, fully mixed.
The design of the shear pump (forced supply of materials) ensures the uniformity and stability of the materials. Compared with the traditional process of mixing materials in large vessels or boilers, the use of TSP shear pumps can bring you significant savings in time and raw materials.

Special design
Zisen pumps shear pump is improved on the basis of TP centrifugal pump series. The rotor stator design replaces the impeller to shear and emulsify the material to be treated through the gap O,5mm shear tank at a speed of up to 38 m/s. (See the following schematic diagram) Due to the large flow rate of the rotor-stator system and the very high shear speed, the production efficiency can be improved, the process time can be shortened, and the multi-phase products can be fully and effectively mixed instantly. All standard mechanical seals in the Zisen pumps system can be used on the TSP shear pump.

Perfect viscosity and texture
Through the combination of Zisen pumps TSP shear pump and a frequency converter, the viscosity and texture of the sheared material can be changed more. This results in a better, more stable and softer quality of the product.

personalized application
Each TSP shear pump can be equipped with a special stator-rotor combination. According to the characteristics of the material and production needs to determine the form of the combination. Therefore, it can ensure that the shearing power of the shear pump meets the actual needs of the material.
