Special design
The design of zisen pumps mixer TMV can solve the most demanding material mixing problem and ensure the safety of food to the greatest extent.
It is designed by a combination of Zisen pumps TL3 series rotor pumps and TSP series shear pumps.
The use of TL3 with a unique spiral rotor structure can ensure that the mixer has excellent suction capacity while reducing the temperature rise of the material.
At the same time, zisen pumps mixer TMV has the characteristics of extremely low noise and low energy consumption during operation.
The overall structure of the TMV series is similar to that of the TM series, with a bracket with rollers, a funnel, a console, and a manual valve connected through a pipeline.
All TMV series mixers are suitable for CIP and SIP in-line cleaning systems.
Efficient and flexible application
The TMV series of mixers can be used in flexible and efficient applications, such as directly connected to fully automatic equipment systems. The feed to the mixer can be automatically or semi-automatically produced through the modification of Big-Bags, screw conveyors, and other systems.
