A cutting pump is like a homogenizer inside the pump chamber!
The TZ series self-priming centrifugal pump uses the side channel principle, combining an impeller with radial blades and a side channel designed according to fluid dynamics optimization, to transmit pressure and transport materials. The minimal gap between the pump casing and the impeller ensures excellent suction capability.
Applications of self-priming pumps
A mixture that can transport both water and steam, such as CIP return flow, has self-priming capability, allowing it to draw liquid from a low level to a high level. The suction capacity varies depending on the model.
Membrane filtration process section - Ultrafiltration
Ultrafiltration is a selective separation process. It is widely used in the separation and purification of milk and whey, as well as the separation and purification of proteins. It can concentrate suspended solids and solutes with a molecular weight above 1000. The dialysis solution contains low molecular weight organic solutes and salts. The pressure level is usually between 5 bar and 14 bar, and it is typically used as the next process after microfiltration, such as whey separation and purification and fat separation.
The TP centrifugal pump series all use an open impeller design, meeting the strictest requirements for sanitary and sterile conditions. The specialized stainless steel alloy material and the solid castings with a minimum wall thickness of 6 millimeters provide the best assurance for the pump's pressure resistance, shock resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The magnetic seal consists of an outer magnet, an inner magnet, and an isolation sleeve. The product in the gear pump is completely isolated from the environment by the isolation sleeve, and the magnetic coupling is a completely sealed driving method, ensuring the safe pumping of substances that are harmful, toxic, and odorous to the environment. The outer magnet installed on the motor shaft synchronizes the inner magnet installed on the pump drive shaft with the motor's rotation. Since the drive shaft is completely located within the pump casing, dynamic sealing is not required, and the pumped liquid is completely sealed. This design makes the magnetic coupling very safe and requires almost no maintenance.
High precision metering gear pump
Gear precision pumps have a simple structure (only two moving parts, no one-way valves or other easily malfunctioning accessories), precise measurement, and uniform flow without pulsation. They have extremely wide applications in measuring fluids from thin to viscous. This aspect has often been overlooked in the past. Now, in situations requiring longer service life and higher precision, gear precision pumps have seen a large number of OEM applications. Traditionally, diaphragm and plunger precision pumps are commonly chosen to meet measurement requirements. In fact, gear precision pumps also perform remarkably well in meeting the measurement requirements of end users—they may be one of the more outstanding members of the precision pump family.
